Jennifer Vincent

Jennifer Vincent is a seasoned professional in learning development, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Learning Development at Anywhere Real Estate Inc. since January 2009. With over 100,000 real estate brokers and agents under their purview, Jennifer leads the design and development of affiliate learning programs while conducting needs assessments for ongoing development. Prior experience includes consultancy work with corporate universities at JV Consulting from 2002 to 2009 and a leadership role in instructional development at MetLife, where Jennifer directed an accredited leadership program. Earlier career roles involved developing blended curricula for Prudential Financial. Jennifer holds a Master of Arts in Instructional Technology from Saint Joseph's University and has accumulated significant expertise in instructional strategies, curriculum design, and effective communication of complex concepts.
