Jose Jimenez

Jose Jimenez is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in technology support and product management. Currently serving as an IT Vendor Management Analyst and previously holding various roles at Anywhere Real Estate Inc. since November 2008, Jose has implemented and supported the LeadRouter/Zap leads distribution system for franchise brands, overseen Learning Management Systems for extensive training programs, and provided comprehensive helpdesk support. Prior to this, Jose worked at Citi as a Technology Helpdesk Analyst and at AT&T Mobility as a Mobile Data Support Analyst, demonstrating a strong proficiency in user support and troubleshooting. Jose holds a Computer Networking and Security Diploma from Anthem Institute and additional training in Computer Networking from Passaic County Community College.
