Sarah Delaunay has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Sarah is currently the Chief Project Officer Immigration at Anywr since 2022. Prior to this, Sarah worked at Cosmopolitan Services Unlimited as a Team Leader Mobilite Internationale et Immigration from 2018 to 2022, and as a Superviseur Immigration from 2016 to 2018. Before that, they were responsible for the Pole Immigration and also worked as a Responsable Technique Immigration and Consultante Immigration at Executive Relocations France from 2011 to 2016. Sarah also has experience as a Juriste at France terre d'asile from 2009 to 2010, and as an Assistante Service Relations Parrains at Plan International in 2008. Sarah started their career as an Assistante Coordinateur de Projet at the Association nigérienne de défense des droits de l'homme (FIDH) in 2007.

Sarah Delaunay's education history begins in 1997 when they attended John F. Ross High School in Guelph, Ontario for an ESL high school year.

In 2003, they enrolled at Université de Rennes I and obtained a Maitrise degree in droit privé in 2004.

From 2005 to 2006, they furthered their studies at Aix-Marseille University and earned a Master 2 (M2) in Protection des personnes et sécurité humaine.

Finally, in 2007 and 2008, Sarah studied at Université Paris Cité and obtained a Diplôme universitaire in Action humanitaire et sociale.
