Marcel Mihulka

Marcel Mihulka is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in capability and learning management, currently serving as Capability Manager for the ESG Mindset Program at ANZ since July 2020. Marcel has also held various key positions, including Learning Manager for Group Compliance at ANZ and Quality Committee member for Mercy Health Australia. Leadership roles have been demonstrated as President of the Czech & Slovak Film Festival of Australia and as a board member and chair at North Melbourne Language and Learning. Previous consulting roles have included work at National Australia Bank and No to Violence, with a focus on financial crime operations and learning governance. Marcel holds a Master of Education from the University of Melbourne, a Company Directors Course from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and has recently completed a Certificate in Sustainability Essentials for Business from the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainable Leadership.
