Narelle Harrison has extensive experience in HR and talent development, working at Raytheon Australia since 2008. Narelle has held various managerial roles such as Workforce Planning and Talent Insights Manager, National Talent Strategy/Resource Manager, National Remuneration Manager, and National Talent Acquisition Manager. Prior to Raytheon, Narelle worked at Airservices Australia as the National Recruitment and Selection Manager and Senior Human Resource Advisor. Narelle holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management and Organisational Development from Southern Cross University.
