Megan Anderson

Megan Anderson is an accomplished technology and change management leader with extensive experience in the banking and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer for Group Technology at ANZ since December 2017, Megan drives the development and implementation of technology strategies that align with organizational goals. Prior roles at ANZ include Group General Manager of Enterprise Data & Intelligent Automation and Technology Domain Lead for Data & Analytics. Previous experience at Telstra involved multiple leadership positions, focusing on Agile software development, Business Intelligence solutions, and change management strategies. With a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioural/Social Science from Monash University, Megan is passionate about fostering collaborative team cultures and continuous improvement.
