Nick Beresford

Nick Beresford is a seasoned legal professional with significant experience in responsible investment and taxation. Currently serving as the Responsible Investment Product Lead at ANZ since March 2021, Nick previously held the position of Senior Counsel at Dentons Kensington Swan from August 2018 to March 2021. Earlier experience includes roles such as Senior Associate, Corporate Counsel (secondee) at ANZ, Associate at Maitland Advisory LLP, and Assistant Tax Manager at Mark Davies & Associates Ltd. Nick began the legal career as a Tax Solicitor at Blackmore Virtue & Owens. Educationally, Nick holds a Master of Taxation Studies from The University of Auckland and a Bachelor of Laws from The University of Waikato.
