Steven Riley has extensive experience in various roles within the banking and automotive industries. Steven has held positions such as Business Assurance Lead, Business Excellence Team Lead, Change Manager, Operations Manager Complaints, Fraud Disputes Manager, Team Leader, Business Analyst, and EDR Complaint Specialist. In addition, Steven also worked as an Internal Controls Analyst at Ford Motor Credit Company. Steven completed the Australian Operations Development Program, which provided him with in-depth knowledge of process design and implementation. Steven attended Gladstone Park Secondary College.
