Dilyara started their career at Kcell JSC in 2004, where they held various roles such as Call Center Operator, Front Office Specialist, Fraud Prevention Specialist, and Customer Service Quality and Assessment Supervisor. Dilyara then worked as a Customer Relations and Experience Expert at Kcell JSC from 2015 to 2017. In 2017, they joined AO Home Credit Bank Kazakhstan as an Expert of Customer Experience and later was promoted to Senior Expert and Head of Customer Experience.
Dilyara Kabysheva completed their bachelor's degree in the Mechanics and Mathematics Faculty at Kazakh National University named after Al-Farabi from 2000 to 2004. Dilyara then pursued a master's degree in the same field at the same university from 2004 to 2006.
