Natalia Gordeeva

Natalia Gordeeva has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Natalia started their career as an HR Manager at Conde Nast Russia in 2003 and worked there until 2007. After that, they joined Anheuser-Busch InBev as a Divisional HR Manager. In 2008, they became the Head of HR Coordination Office at ZAO Banca Intesa (Russia) - Intesa Sanpaolo Group. From 2011 to 2014, they served as the HR Director at RUSSLAVBANK. Natalia then moved to Home Credit Bank Kazakhstan, where they worked as the Head of HR from 2014 to 2017. In 2018, Natalia Gordeeva joined Home Credit Russia as the Director of HR Expertise Department. Their most recent role is Head of Human Resources at AO Home Credit Bank Kazakhstan, which they started in March 2023.

From 1992 to 1997, Natalia Gordeeva attended Pyatigorsk State Linguistic University (PSLU), where they studied English and Psychology. Natalia did not obtain a degree during this time.
