Robert Sant

Robert Sant is the Group Recycling Director for AO World PLC, where they manage AO Recycling, a subsidiary that specializes in recycling large appliances. Since its inception in 2017, they have overseen the development of state-of-the-art recycling facilities in Shropshire, which recycle up to two million fridges and appliances annually. Prior to this role, Robert was the founder and Managing Director of The Recycling Group, leading its acquisition by AO World PLC. With over twenty years in the recycling industry and a background in IT project management, Robert emphasizes the importance of accurate data in driving effective decision-making. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Physics from the University of Liverpool.
