Sophie Verdier

Sophie Verdier is an accomplished process engineer with extensive experience in the manufacturing of enzymes and chemical processes. Currently serving as Ingénieur Amélioration Procédés at DSM since August 2018, Sophie focuses on process improvement in fermentation and extraction. Concurrently, Sophie has been engaged with Aliancys since January 2016 as Ingénieur Process et Support Production, overseeing equipment enhancements and project management, including major investments related to pneumatic transport systems. Prior roles include Ingénieur Support Production at DSM, where Sophie implemented Lean and Six Sigma methodologies and coordinated change management processes, as well as technical assistance at Momentive, contributing to significant productivity and efficiency improvements. Sophie holds a degree in Industrial Processes and a master's in Transformation and Industrial Valorization of Agro-resources from Université de Technologie de Compiègne.
