Ashley Kayes, CPP APMP

Ashley Kayes, CPP APMP, has over a decade of experience in proposal management and writing. Ashley began their career in 2007 as an Adjunct English Instructor at Northern Virginia Community College. In 2009, they joined CMI Management, Inc. as a Proposal Writer / Coordinator. From 2007 to 2010, they held the role of Proposal Specialist at M.C. Dean, Inc. In 2010, they became a Proposal Manager at CACI International Inc., where they held that role until 2014. In 2014, Ashley moved to CGI as a Proposal Manager, and in 2015 they were a Proposal Manager at Michael Baker International. From 2016 to 2017, they were a Proposal Manager at Engility Corporation and a Proposal Consultant at Shipley Associates. In 2017, they joined Key Solutions (KSI) as a Senior Proposal Consultant and Director of the Quality and Performance Center of Excellence. In 2020, Ashley joined Patri as an Advisor.

Ashley Kayes, CPP APMP holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Virginia Tech, which they obtained between 2012 and 2015. Ashley also holds a MA in Professional Writing and Editing from George Mason University, which they obtained between 2005 and 2007. Her Bachelor of Arts in English is also from Virginia Tech, and they obtained it between 2001 and 2005. Additionally, they hold an APMP\u00ae Bid and Proposal Management Professional certification from APMG International, which they obtained in February 2022, as well as an APMP\u00ae Bid and Proposal Management Practitioner 2017 certification from APMG International.
