Flávia Ricci

Flávia Ricci has worked in the Human Resources field since 2005. Flávia began as an Assistant of Training at Recesa Pisos E Azulejos Ltda in 2005. In 2010, they moved to ALS Life Sciences as the Coordinator of Human Resources. In 2014, they became the Leader of Human Resources at Grupo EP. In 2019, they took on the role of Coordinator of Human Resources at Grupo DBN, as well as Consultor of Human Resources at Ricci Assessoria em Recursos Humanos. Currently, they are the Head of People at AoCubo.

Flávia Ricci completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at Faculdade Anchieta from 2004 to 2008. Flávia then went on to pursue an Advanced Degree in Organizational Communication at Centro Universitário FMU | FIAM-FAAM from 2013 to 2014. In 2018, they completed a Supplementary Course in Internal HR Consultancy - Business Partner at Integração Escola de Negócios. In 2020, they completed a Candidate Experience course at Matchbox and a Diversity and Inclusion of Professionals with Disabilities course at Talento Incluir. Flávia is currently enrolled in a Tech Recruiter course at Feel Tech, which is expected to be completed in 2021.
