Francisco Carles

Francisco Carles has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Francisco is currently the Head of Professional Services, North America at AODocs since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Appway as the Head of Professional Services & Customer Success, North America from 2017 to 2022. In this role, they exceeded all professional services bookings and revenue targets and contributed significantly to the company's global services revenue. Before Appway, Francisco worked at Kofax as a Sr. Manager Professional Services from 2015 to 2017, where they provided pre-sales and post-sales support for the Global Financial Services, Financial Process Automation, and Public sectors in North America. Francisco was also the Software Solutions Professional Services Manager at Lexmark from 2013 to 2015, creating and managing the strategy, guidelines, and business processes for the Professional Services organization. Francisco's earlier experiences include roles at Juniper Networks, Extreme Networks, SS8 Networks, Centigram-ADC Telecommunications, ADC Telecommunications-SS8 Networks, and Alcatel-Lucent.

Francisco Carles holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidad Simón Bolívar.
