Product Manager - Core at AODocs

Nicolas Bouché has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Nicolas started their career as a Business Analyst & Web Developer at Orange in 2007, where they conducted business analysis and developed a reporting tool. Nicolas then worked at Sage as a Specific Development Consultant from 2008 to 2012, where they used the Sage 1000 Software Development Kit and Business Process editor to adapt software modules for customer companies.

After that, Bouché joined Hertz / Eileo in 2012 as a Product Owner - Connected Vehicles, Fleet Management. In this role, they were responsible for defining the product roadmap, designing features, managing the development backlog, and working with Hertz entities located worldwide. Nicolas achieved notable accomplishments such as launching a large connected corporate carpool for Lufthansa employees and implementing Paypal as a payment method.

In 2016, Bouché became a Product Owner at ASIP Santé, where they led a project to rebuild the tools of the SAMU (Emergency Medical Services). Nicolas prioritized usability and effectiveness in developing tools used to dispatch calls, manage interventions, patient files, and crisis situations.

Next, Bouché joined Groupe ADP in 2017 as a Product Manager, focusing on a product discovery mission for a merged obstacle GIS database. Nicolas conducted user interviews, built user Personas, and created a Product Canvas and Story Maps.

From 2018 to 2020, Bouché worked at Concord, initially as a Team Leader and then as a Senior Product Manager. Nicolas contributed to building the product team in Paris and San Francisco, mentored team members, and established processes. Additionally, they acted as a Product Manager for critical features such as folders file system, user roles and access rights, billing and pricing, and workflows and automation.

Most recently, Bouché joined AODocs in 2020 as a Product Manager - Core. AODocs is a next-generation content collaboration platform that leverages Google Workspace technology. Bouché is responsible for ensuring secure and remote-friendly document management features, advanced permissions, workflows, and automation are available for users.

Nicolas Bouché obtained a Master's degree in Systems Engineering from Université Henri Poincaré, Nancy 1. Nicolas completed this degree between the years 2005 and 2007. In addition to their degree, Nicolas also holds several certifications. Nicolas is a Certified Scrum Product Owner, which they obtained in June 2016 from the Scrum Alliance. Furthermore, they have obtained the Bronze Flèche certification from ESF Ecole du Ski Français in March 1995. Nicolas has also achieved a high score of 990 out of 990 in the TOEIC (Test of English for International Communication) exam, which they took in November 2016 through the TOEIC® Program.
