Rami Idris has gained a wide range of work experience over the years. Rami started their career as a Service Technician at Digital Communications in 2009. After that, they worked as an Inside Technical Sales at HTS Engineering - Heat Transfer Solutions from 2013 to 2014. Rami then joined Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Field Service Engineer from 2014 to 2018. During this time, they developed skills in troubleshooting hardware and software issues and configuring systems and applications. In 2018, Rami joined Unisys as a Customer Support Engineer, where they excelled in resolving hardware, software, and network issues on HPE systems while providing excellent customer support. Rami also took responsibility for implementing high-impact issue resolutions and developing strategies for the IT client support group. Currently, they are working as a Support Engineer at AODocs since 2020.
Rami Idris obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Ryerson University, studying from 2009 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, Rami also obtained several certifications, including the G Suite Administration Specialization from Coursera in February 2020, ITIL V3 Foundation from PeopleCert in February 2018, and CCNA certification from Cisco in November 2017.
