Rory Amarasekara

Rory Amarasekara started their work experience in 2011 as a Developer for Wuhan University of Technology, where they developed an application for smartphones under Android. In 2013, they worked at ISIR (Institut des Systèmes Intelligents et de Robotique) on the design of semi-active suspensions for off-road vehicles. In 2015, they worked at Istanbul Technical University on the commanding and haptic coupling of Stäubli RX160 robots. In 2017, they worked at ONEPOINT as a JAVA EE/Angular Developer, and at Generali as a Java Development Engineer. From 2019 to 2021, they served as a Tech Lead Java and a Backend Java Developer at Société Générale. Currently, since 2021, they work as a Backend Java/Python Developer at AODocs.

Rory Amarasekara's education history is as follows:

- From 2016 to 2017, Rory attended AJC Formation and studied Fomation Consultant Développeur JAVA J2EE, but did not obtain a degree.

- Between 2011 and 2015, Rory attended Pierre and Marie Curie University and earned a Master's degree in Advanced Systems and Robotics.

- In 2011-2012, Rory also attended Pierre and Marie Curie University and obtained a Licentiate degree in Mechanical Engineering.

- In 2010-2011, Rory studied at ENSEA, Ecole Nationale Supérieure de l'Electronique et de ses Applications.

- Between 2008 and 2010, Rory attended Lycée Raspail (Paris 14ème) and focused on Mathématiques Spé: Physique Technologie.

- In 2007-2008, Rory studied at Lycée Raspail (Paris 8ème) and focused on MathSup: Physique, Technologie et Sciences de l'Ingénieur.

- From 2001 to 2005, Rory attended Lycée Martin Luther King and obtained a Baccalauréat série Scientifique option SI spécialité Mathématiques.

In addition to formal education, Rory has completed the "Developing Applications with Google Cloud Specialization" certification through Coursera in November 2021.
