Cordula Kartheininger

Cordula Kartheininger currently serves as the AOE Academy Strategy Lead and HR-Generalist at AOE since June 2018, focusing on personnel development. Prior to this role, Cordula worked as a Master's candidate at AOE, completing a thesis on "Agiles Mindset" with an emphasis on cognitive psychology values. Cordula also gained experience as a PreMaster participant at Bosch Rexroth, concentrating on personnel development and HR projects. Cordula holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Pforzheim University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources and Controlling from Hochschule Neu-Ulm.
