Jamie Mormon

Jamie Mohrman, PHR, SHRM-CP has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Jamie is currently working as the VP of People Growth & Development at AOI Corporation since March 2022. Prior to this role, Jamie held positions at Zelle Human Resource Solutions, where they served as the Director of HR Consulting from September 2021 to March 2022, and as a Senior Human Resources Consultant from September 2018 to September 2021. Before joining Zelle, Jamie worked as a Human Resources Manager at Kidwell from March 2014 to September 2018. Jamie also gained experience as a Human Resources Specialist at Advance Services, Inc. from October 2011 to March 2014. Additionally, they served as a Job Coach & Youth Programs Coordinator at Community Connections from January 2011 to October 2011, and as a Life Enrichment Director at Heritage Ridge Retirement Community from June 2009 to January 2011. Throughout their career, Jamie has demonstrated expertise in various HR functions and has obtained certifications as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and a Society for Human Resource Management - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).

Jamie Mohrman PHR, SHRM-CP earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Speech Communication and Organizational Leadership from Wayne State College from 2006 to 2010. They also attended the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 2006. In addition to their education, Jamie Mohrman PHR, SHRM-CP has obtained several certifications including Certified Fierce Facilitator from Fierce, Inc. in 2016, SHRM-CP from SHRM in 2015, and Professional in Human Resources from HRCI in 2014.
