Sameer Sood is a Co-Founder and CEO of FwdSlash, focusing on community enablement of housing-first models to improve healthcare cost efficiencies and local housing conditions. Additionally, Sameer serves as the Medical Department Head at Kramer Davis Health, overseeing a value-based care model for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Sameer holds advisory positions at DwellSafe and SHE Health, and is a member and startup investor at The Bond Fund. As a Board Member at AOIA and Counter Tools, Sameer contributes to advancing patient care through health information technology and empowering communities for healthier living.
