Lindsay Battles

Lindsay Battles, PHR has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Lindsay most recently served as the Vice President of Human Resources at AOM Infusion, where they led the HR department and implemented strategic talent management goals. Prior to that, Lindsay was the Corporate Director of Human Resources at Tenet Healthcare, overseeing multiple markets across the United States. Lindsay also held positions as an Area Director of Human Resources at Eclipse Senior Living, a Director of Human Resources at Encompass Health, an HR Generalist at The Legacy Senior Communities, and an HR Coordinator at Heights Home Health Care. Throughout their career, Lindsay has demonstrated expertise in areas such as talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and performance management. Lindsay is known for their ability to establish employee-oriented cultures that prioritize empowerment and productivity.

Lindsay Battles, PHR completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Texas at Tyler in 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Health Studies from Texas Woman's University between 2009 and 2011.
