Anne-Catherine Lorek

Anne-Catherine Lorek holds an LL.M. from the University of Mannheim and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the same institution. Currently serving as Director of Tax Insurance for the DACH and CEE regions at Aon since June 2023, Anne-Catherine specializes in delivering customized tax insurance solutions to clients. Prior to this role, Anne-Catherine was an Associated Partner and Certified Tax Accountant at Flick Gocke Schaumburg, focusing on Private Equity and Transaction Tax from February 2020 to June 2023. Anne-Catherine also has significant experience in M&A Tax as a Manager at PwC Deutschland from June 2015 to January 2020, including a secondment to PwC UK’s Deals Tax team in London. Earlier in the career, Anne-Catherine gained valuable insight as a Research Assistant at Mannheim University and completed internships at Bird & Bird and KPMG in finance and tax sectors.
