Matt Schneider

Matt Schneider serves as Executive Vice President of M&A and Transaction Solutions at Aon since April 2005, specializing in helping clients navigate complex transactions, including due diligence and risk management across various domains. Matt has held multiple leadership roles within Aon, including Global Head Corporate Client M&A and Co-CEO of AMATS, where a focus on transaction solutions and advisory services has been paramount. Prior experience includes managing retail brokerage operations in New Jersey, and serving in various roles in risk management and underwriting across organizations such as Marsh and American National General Agencies. In addition to extensive industry experience, Matt has contributed to academia as an adjunct professor at Seton Hall University and holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a degree in Economics from Washington University in St. Louis, along with a CIC designation from the National Alliance for Insurance Education.
