Manuel Naylor

Manuel Naylor is a Senior CMC Lead at AOP Orphan Pharmaceuticals GmbH since December 2012. Manuel has extensive experience in CMC Development and R&D Coordination, as well as Project Management in Pharmaceutical Development. Manuel has worked with CMOs for APIs and Finished Products, managed development projects, collaborated with supply chain management, clinical and regulatory departments, responded to authority requests, and conducted GMP and GDP audits. Manuel also has previous experience at Baxalta and Baxter BioScience, where Manuel held roles in manufacturing downstream purification, tech transfer, and process optimization. With a background in organic chemistry, Manuel is skilled in process validation, project planning, and international pharmaceutical project management.
