The Company earns remuneration through providing consulting services for assets succession, operation, and management. There are four types of revenue. Property consulting revenues are from property and financial consulting services that provide support from consultation to execution of property succession, operation and management. Real estate transaction revenues are from sales of individual real estate properties and sales of the Real Estate Co-ownership System which meet customer asset management needs. Sublease income is earned by renting and operating rental properties owned by asset owners. Other revenues are from network dues, seminars, and property consulting related books publication.
