Luis Ortega

Luis Ortega is currently an Associate at AP-Networks. Prior to this role, Luis served as an Operations Manager in the US Navy, where Luis held various positions such as Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician Officer, Battle Watch Captain, and Special Operations Officer. Luis also founded EODGPSS LLC and worked as a Research Assistant at the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology. Luis holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Geophysics and Seismology from Texas A&M University.
