Heidi Verup

Heidi Verup has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Heidi has held various leadership roles in prominent companies such as AP Pension, Danica Pension, Alm Brand, and PFA Pension.

At AP Pension, Heidi currently serves as the CSO / Director for Sales, starting in June 2022.

Before joining AP Pension, Heidi worked at Danica Pension, where they held the position of First Vice President / Director of Private. Their responsibilities included servicing and advising Danica's private customers throughout the customer journey, from onboarding to pension payout. Heidi also managed incoming inquiries, provided web-based or face-to-face consultations, and proactively engaged with customers. Heidi was with Danica Pension from March 2019 to May 2022.

Prior to their tenure at Danica Pension, Heidi served as the Partner Director at Alm Brand. Their role involved establishing long-term partnership agreements with external partners to support and supplement the bank, insurance, and pension businesses of the company. Heidi contributed to growth across the organization from April 2017 to February 2019.

Heidi's experience in PFA Pension extends back to 2006, where they held multiple roles. Heidi was the Sales Director from November 2014 to March 2017, responsible for executing PFA's BtB Strategy 2020 by securing new sales to major corporate clients and developing customer- and market-oriented strategies.

Previously at PFA Pension, Heidi held the positions of Chief Analyst and Head of Performance Analysis from November 2013 to October 2014. Their role included engaging with decision-makers from pension-paying companies, financial reporting, and providing insights into PFA's performance and business model.

Heidi also worked as a Senior Analyst from March 2012 to October 2013, specializing in economic analysis and comparisons between PFA and other life insurance companies or pension funds. Heidi provided expertise in financial matters during tenders and meetings with pension-paying companies.

Additionally, Heidi served as a Accounting Analyst from October 2009 to February 2012 and started their career as a Student Assistant from April 2006 to September 2009.

Throughout their career, Heidi Verup has gained extensive experience in sales, partnerships, customer service, financial analysis, and leadership roles within the financial industry.

Heidi Verup attended the University of Copenhagen from 2003 to 2009, where they obtained a degree in Economics. Heidi completed their degree program, known as "cand.polit," during their time at the university.
