Klaus Bo Andersen has a diverse work experience. Klaus started their career in 2012 as a Football Coach at HIK, where they coached girls in different age groups. In 2013, they worked as an External Consultant at Erhvervsnetværk at DBU København, creating an inspirational video for DBU Copenhagen. From 2012 to 2013, Klaus worked as a Business Developer at Innovation Lab. Klaus then joined DBU as a CSR Advisory Board Member, where they made strategic decisions and helped clubs with CSR initiatives. In 2016, they worked at IC Group A/S as a Group HR Student Assistant, Group HR Assistant, and later as an HR Consultant. Klaus joined AP Pension in 2018 and held various roles, including HR Consultant, Senior HR Development Consultant, and currently serves as the Head of HR Data & Operations. At AP Pension, they led various projects, including identity and access management, employee migration, salary budgeting, and employee engagement surveys. Klaus also worked on finding a new HR Suite and implementing on/off boarding platforms.
Klaus Bo Andersen completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Innovation & Business Development from Copenhagen Business School from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they also pursued a Bachelor's degree in BSc Business Administration and Psychology from the same institution between 2010 and 2013. Beginning their education journey, Klaus attended Vejle Handelsskole from 2006 to 2009, although the details of the degree and field of study are unknown.
