Kelly Cultrara began their work experience in 1997 as the Division Director for OfficeTeam Division at Robert Half International. Kelly then went on to work as the Director of Recruiting at Key Resource Group from 2001 to 2004. In 2004, they became the President/Managing Partner at AP Professionals of WNY. In 2016, Cultrara joined Advantage Business Exchange as a Partner. Most recently, in 2021, they became an Ambassador at Black Progress Matters, where they are dedicated to changing the face of leadership in organizations worldwide.
Kelly Cultrara attended Leadership Buffalo and studied Community Leadership. Kelly also studied Business Administration and Management at Buffalo State University, and Honors/Regents Foreign Language at City Honors School at FMP.
