Erkki Aaltonen

Erkki Aaltonen currently serves as the Managing Director of Yara Growth Ventures, the venture capital arm of Yara International, focusing on climate-smart crop solutions. In addition to this role, Erkki holds multiple board member positions at companies such as Intelecy, Agrofy, Boomitra, and Boost Biomes, and serves as a Limited Partner at SP Ventures and AP Ventures. Prior experience includes serving as the Executive Director of startAD and a board member at Beak Protect Oy. Erkki's education encompasses an International Directors Programme from INSEAD and advanced studies at prestigious institutions such as Harvard Business School and Columbia Business School, culminating in a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Tampere.
