Nick Goldberg

Nick Goldberg has extensive work experience in the legal field. From 2011 to the present, they worked as the Legal Counsel & VP - International at AP Wireless Infrastructure Partners, LLC, where they were responsible for all legal matters related to company transactions. Nick'stasks included drafting documentation, reviewing due diligence materials, and negotiating commercial agreements. From 2010 to 2011, Nick served as the General Counsel at Baran Americas, Inc. Prior to that, they worked as an Associate at Kilpatrick Stockton LLP from 2007 to 2009 and as an Associate at Greenberg Traurig, LLP from 2005 to 2007.

Nick Goldberg attended Emory University School of Law from 2002 to 2005, where they obtained a JD degree in law. Prior to that, they studied at Vanderbilt University from 1997 to 2001, earning a BA degree in Business Administration/Political Science.
