Brandy Jones

Brandy Jones is the Vice President of Human Resources at Apache Corporation. Brandy has over 18 years of experience in human resources and labor relations. Brandy has a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from Indiana University.

Brandy started their career as an HR Generalist at Weil-McLain in January 2001. Brandy was responsible for a wide range of human resources functions, including recruitment, benefits, employee relations, and training. In July 2006, Brandy transferred to ArcelorMittal Burns Harbor, where they served as a Representative HR/LR. In this role, they were responsible for responding to management and employee questions on HR & LR matters, ensuring Sarbanes Oxley compliance within the Human Resources Department, and coordinating job postings and recruitment efforts.

In December 2009, Brandy was promoted to VP, Human Resources at Apache Corporation. In this role, they are responsible for all aspects of human resources for the company, including recruitment, benefits, employee relations, and training.

Brandy Jones has a MBA in Business Administration from Indiana University Northwest, a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership & Supervision from Purdue University North Central, and various certifications from Precision Nutrition, Society of Human Resources, HR Certification Institute, Michigan State University, Development Dimensions International, and SHRM.

Brandy Jones reports to John J. Christmann IV, President & CEO. They work with Ben C. Rodgers - SVP, Treasurer, Midstream & Marketing, Travis Osborne - VP, Information Technology, and Jeremy Hill - VP, Global Supply Chain.
