Amr Kholosy

Amr Kholosy is a seasoned engineer with over 18 years of experience in the field of corrosion engineering and project management within the natural gas sector. Currently serving as a Cathodic Protection Engineer at APA Group since November 2018, responsibilities include designing cathodic protection systems and earthing mitigation systems. Previously, Kholosy held various roles at ATCO Gas Australia from 2013 to 2018, including Project Engineer and Project Coordinator, focusing on corrosion control. Prior experience includes serving as a Corrosion Engineer at SHABAKAT natural gas, where tasks involved executing and maintaining corrosion control systems for natural gas networks, and as a Mechanical Engineer at NATGAS, where responsibilities encompassed the installation of gas pipelines and maintenance activities. Kholosy began the career as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer at Zeyad for sodium silicates, optimizing maintenance plans and procedures.
