Jennifer Harding

Jennifer Harding is a seasoned legal professional with extensive expertise in mergers and acquisitions, as well as debt and equity capital markets. Currently serving as Group Legal Counsel - Corporate at APA Group since May 2022, Jennifer has also held the role of Senior Associate at Herbert Smith Freehills since September 2002. Jennifer's industry experience encompasses energy and resources, particularly in infrastructure and renewable energy transactions. Previously, Jennifer worked as an Associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP from September 1999 to September 2002. Jennifer earned a JD from the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law in 1997 and holds an A.B. in Linguistics from Harvard University, obtained in 1990.
