Ritu Uplap

Ritu Uplap has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Ritu currently holds the position of Deputy Manager (Legal) at APAC Financial Services Private Limited since April 2023. Prior to this role, they worked as an Assistant Manager (Legal) at the same company from August 2022 to March 2023.

Before joining APAC Financial Services, Ritu worked as an Associate Advocate at S.K. SRIVASTAV & CO. from October 2021 to July 2022. Ritu also gained experience as a Legal Associate at Adv. Jayesh M. Joshi from June 2019 to December 2019.

Ritu gained valuable internship experiences during their educational journey. Ritu interned at Hon'ble Justice M. S. Karnik, Bombay High Court in March 2019. Ritu also interned at Adv. Kailas S. Dewal in October 2018, Adv. Sanjay S. Borkar from February 2017 to September 2018, and the Maharashtra State Human Rights Commission in June 2017.

Ritu Uplap began their education journey in 2014 when they enrolled at the University of Mumbai. From 2014 to 2019, they pursued a degree in B.B.A.LL.B(Hons) with a focus on Law. After completing their undergraduate studies, they went on to pursue a Master of Laws (LLM) degree with a specialization in Corporate and Commercial Laws at Maharashtra National Law University Mumbai from 2020 to 2021.
