Harshit Gulati

Harshit Gulati currently serves as the Deputy Manager of Legal at Freecharge, specializing in legal and compliance matters, IP management, litigation management, and various contracts including lending, merchant, vendor, and SaaS agreements since October 2023. Prior to this role, Harshit held a similar position at MobiKwik from January 2023 to October 2023, focusing on legal compliance, IP management, and contract management, including escrow agreements. Harshit also worked as a Legal Manager at Faircent.com from September 2020 to January 2023 and gained experience as an Associate Advocate and Legal Intern at Vox Juris Advocates & Solicitors between January 2017 and September 2020. Harshit is currently pursuing a PGDM in Cybersecurity and Data Protection Laws at the National Academy of Legal Studies & Research (NALSAR) University Hyderabad, expected to be completed in December 2024, following a B.A.LL.B. (Hons) from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
