Jana Bell

Jana Bell is a seasoned Senior Human Resources Business Partner with extensive experience in the oilfield industry, currently leading HR initiatives at Apache Corporation since July 2022. Previously, Jana served in similar senior HR roles at Parker Wellbore and held various positions at Schlumberger from 2007 to 2020, including Human Resources Representative and Compensation Analyst. Jana's expertise encompasses employee engagement, performance management, compensation strategy, and organizational learning and development, successfully supporting over 3,000 employees and collaborating with leadership teams to drive HR transformation. Jana holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from The University of Texas at Arlington.
