Ksenia Potapova

Ksenia Potapova is a Senior Director in Global Talent Acquisition, currently working at Mosaic Group since February 2022. Prior to this, Ksenia held similar roles at Apalon from November 2018, where Ksenia also served as the Head of Talent Acquisition and previously as a Senior Recruiter. Before their time at Apalon, Ksenia worked at EPAM Systems as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for North America. Ksenia began their career as a Recruiter at InToSoft from June 2013 to June 2016. Ksenia holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Engineering from Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics.
