Alford Simon

Alford Simon PhD has a diverse work experience, with roles in various organizations. Alford currently works at Apartment Life as the Director of Strategic Partnerships, joining the company in March 2022. Prior to this role, they held the position of Senior Program Director at the same company from November 2020 to March 2022. Alford also worked as a Program Director from April 2018 to November 2020 and as a Community Coordinator from November 2017. Earlier in their career, Alford Simon founded SIMON MINISTRIES in June 2003. Additionally, they have experience as the Chief Executive Officer of Simon Enterprises Inc., where they focused on motivating and encouraging businesses and their employees through dynamic speeches and integral activities.

Alford Simon PhD completed a Bachelor of Applied Social Sciences (BASS) in Integrated Studies at the University of North Texas from 2013 to 2015. Following this, from 2016 to 2017, they pursued a Masters of Organizational Leadership at Southwestern Assemblies of God University. They then furthered their education by obtaining a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Leadership and Business from Renaissance Christian University between 2020 and 2022.

In addition to their formal education, Alford Simon PhD obtained a Master Coach Certification from Bloom Empowerment in March 2014. They also achieved the status of an Ordained Elder from BAPPS in September 2009.
