Lauren Ford

Lauren Ford has a diverse work experience that spans across different industries and roles. Starting in 2010, they worked as a Laboratory Assistant at the University of Virginia until 2012. Following that, they joined the US Army Corps of Engineers as a Laboratory Assistant/Student Contractor, where they analyzed core samples and handled data collection and entry. In 2013, Lauren became a Medical Assistant at Millbrook Family Dermatology, utilizing their administrative skills, customer service expertise, and medical knowledge. Their next role was as an Apartment Life Event Coordinator, where they organized social events, welcomed new residents, and assessed resident satisfaction. Lauren then transitioned to a Talent Acquisition Specialist position, where they partnered with regional teams to acquire new talent while ensuring a positive applicant experience. In January 2020, they were promoted to Talent Acquisition Director at Apartment Life, leading and coaching a team of specialists and developing their performance goals.
