Tyrone Mayo

Tyrone has 18 years of sales and marketing experience, and he has worked in the nonprofit industry for more than five years. He first joined Apartment Life in the early 2000s, serving as a team with his wife Staci. As their family grew, Tyrone and Staci moved into their home, where they continued to host college students and transitioning families. In 2017 they accepted the call to return to Apartment Life as a team. Tyrone has found joy, not only in serving as a coordinator, but in equipping other leaders while on staff, first as a program director, then director of strategic relationships, and now as president of the central division. Tyrone prioritizes his family and his grandchildren, but still makes time to mentor youth and enjoy his hobbies of cycling and playing basketball.
