Olivia Owen

Olivia Owen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management and social media strategy. At Apartment List since October 2018, Olivia has advanced through various roles, including Senior Account Executive II and Client Success Manager, and received the "Sales Rookie of the Year" award. Prior to this, Olivia worked at FleishmanHillard from June 2014 to September 2018, serving in multiple positions that included Account Supervisor for Social Business & Chatbot Strategy, where innovative chatbot wireframes were developed for General Motors, and led social media education efforts. Earlier work experience includes internships at Hatchit Co., Louisiana Department of Transportation & Development, and Community Coffee. Olivia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations from Louisiana State University.
