Erica Morgan-Watson is a seasoned professional in property management, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Operations at Apartment Services, Inc. since October 2020. In this role, Morgan-Watson has previously held titles including Vice President of Leasing and Maintenance and Regional Property Manager. Prior to Apartment Services, Morgan-Watson worked at Westminster Management as a Property Manager from May 2019 to October 2020 and spent over a decade at Home Properties (Lighthouse Management Services, LLC) in the role of Property Manager from March 2008 to October 2020.
