Damian Bruderek

Damian Bruderek is currently a Member of the Executive Board for Business Development at Apator. Damian has over 12 years of experience in management and leadership positions. Prior to their current role, Damian served as R&D Director at Apator Powogaz S.A. for over 10 years. In this role, they were responsible for supervising program portfolios, defining and measuring KPIs/OKRs for teams and engineers, managing and building up local and remote teams across the organization, and ensuring an ongoing improvement for project management standards. Damian also co-owned Master-art, a company specializing in product and brand management, for over 4 years.
