Cynthia Silva is an experienced professional in the fields of criminology and victim support, currently serving as a Project Officer at APAV | Apoio à Vítima | Victim Support Portugal since March 2020, where involvement includes the HEROES Project and educational initiatives such as Projeto SERzinho. In addition, Cynthia works as a Trainer at Foryourmind and ReConstruir - Psicologia e Desenvolvimento Pessoal, focusing on digital threats, assertiveness in youth, domestic violence, bullying, and cyberbullying. Prior experience includes client management at Casa Urbana - Administração Imobiliária, Lda, and an internship at the Centro Distrital de Segurança Social do Porto. Cynthia holds a Master’s degree in Criminology from the Faculdade de Direito da Universidade do Porto, along with a Bachelor's degree in Criminology from the same institution, and completed further education at Instituto CRIAP.
