Will Copeland

Will Copeland is an experienced investment professional currently serving as an Investment Associate at Apax since May 2022. Previously, Will held several key positions at HIVE DIVERSITY from July 2020 to March 2022, including SVP of Finance & Growth, Head of Finance & Chief of Staff, and Finance and Business Development Lead. Prior to this, Will worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Credit Suisse from July 2018 to July 2020 and completed a Summer Analyst role at the same company in 2017. Earlier experience includes an internship at Owl Creek Asset Management in 2016 and an Assistant to Operations Manager role at Vision Grills in 2014. Will began their career as a Lifeguard at Clayton Center and Shaw Park Aquatic Center from 2013 to 2014, where a commitment to safety and work ethic was recognized with the Golden Whistle Award. Will Copeland earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Economics from Tulane University's A.B. Freeman School of Business from 2014 to 2018.
