Latonia Van Horn

Latonia Van Horn has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. Latonia began their career as a Server at Chris's Steak and Seafood in 2019 and later worked as a Bartender at Spectrum/Durham Preforming Arts Center. In 2017, they became a Site Acquisition Specialist at TruCell Wireless, where they focused on reviewing real estate documents and coordinating with project management teams. Latonia then transitioned into the real estate industry, working as a Real Estate Agent at Hunter Rowe Real Estate and later as a Realtor at TLC REALTY GROUP, Navigate Realty, and Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Welcome Home. In 2020, they joined United Real Estate Triangle as a Real Estate Consultant/Realtor, where they built relationships with clients nationwide. Currently, they hold the position of Special Project Coordinator at APC Towers.

Latonia Van Horn completed their high school education at Greenbrier East High School from 1989 to 1992, earning a High School Diploma with a focus on College/University Preparatory. Afterward, they pursued further education at Bluefield State University from 1994 to 1997. At Bluefield State University, they studied Business Administration and Management, General. Additionally, in October 2019, Latonia obtained a Real Estate Licenses certification from the North Carolina Real Estate Commission.
