Courtney O'Connell

Courtney O'Connell has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Courtney began their career at Rutgers University, where they held positions as a Senior Student Programs Coordinator and later as an Associate Director of Leadership and Training. Following their time at Rutgers, Courtney worked as the Director of Marketing Business Development at Equalman. Courtney then moved on to become a Keynote Speaker at Innovation, Education, Leadership, Design, where they delivered motivational presentations to a range of audiences. Courtney also gained experience as an Adjunct Professor at UF CJC Online, where they designed and taught a graduate degree course on Digital Brand and Reputation Management. Currently, they are serving as the Senior Director of Global Learning & Development at APCO Worldwide. Overall, Courtney's work experience demonstrates their expertise in leadership, marketing, education, and public speaking.

Courtney O'Connell obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Fairleigh Dickinson University, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's of Arts degree in Student Affairs in Higher Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, which they completed from 2006 to 2008.
