Sideeque Urothodi has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Sideeque started their career as a Hospital Administrator at KPM Hospital Pvt. Ltd. from May 1999 to April 2006. Sideeque then worked as an Office Administration Manager at FIRST CITY CAR RENTAL, LLC from July 2006 to June 2009, where they oversaw customer payments and resolved complaints while also managing general office administration functions. Sideeque then joined Popular Leasing & Car Rental as a Senior Operations Officer from March 2010 to May 2011, where they processed invoices, handled credit card disputes, and coordinated day-to-day operational activities. Currently, Sideeque is the Compliance and Procurement Lead at APCO Worldwide since June 2011, where they manage legal, compliance, and procurement operations, negotiates complex contracts, and provides strategic solutions to senior management.

Sideeque Urothodi has a diverse educational background. Sideeque obtained a Pre-Degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General from the University of Calicut between 1993 and 1995. Sideeque then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Zoology/Animal Biology from the same university, completing it in the years 1996 to 1999.

Continuing their education, Sideeque enrolled at HR & DC in 2002, where they earned a Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Software Engineering by the end of 2003. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, which they completed in 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Sideeque has obtained various certifications. In 2007, they received a UAE Driving License from the Abu Dhabi Police Traffic Department. More recently, in September 2020, they obtained a certificate in Exclusion Clauses from The Open University.
